An Event for the Entire Family

Begins at 7:00AM

GLEN WUNDER MIGHTY MILE AWARDS  will be given to the top three male/female finishers 14 years and under.
Purity's Moosic City Dairy Pure Dash and Wunder Fun Run began in 2000, in an effort to help fight cancer and to honor my late husband, Glenn Wunder, who died from pancreatic cancer after a very short but courageous fight with the disease. Glenn was such an inspiration to all that he met with his upbeat and selfless personality and enthusiasm for life.
Brian Edwards, a friend and co-worker, and Barry Allen a friend (previously with Purity Dairy) expressed a desire to start a race to remember and honor Glenn, as well as reaching out to local Nashville charities to create awareness and support for them. With the support of Mark Ezell and JB Baker the event was made possible.
We have been so successful over the years with the many sponsors and hard work of all involved. Glenn would be touched by the thoughtfulness and generosity in honoring him this way.
I would like to thank all of the many friends, runners, sponsors and associates who have so generously contributed to support this special occasion and made it what it is today. You all have made a difference in my life, as well as that of my family, in remembering the special person Glen was.
